Nicole has been with GSM Services for 20 years. She manages our entire customer care center. She is highly trained in customer service and ensures that every customer receives the best service possible. What she loves about her job is her constant interaction with customers and co-workers. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family most of all her granddaughter, Chloe.
