    Our Service Adviser recently completed a heating precision tune up on this outdoor unit at a customers home in Huntersville, North Carolina.  Thoroughly cleaned, made sure the system is running properly and efficiently, as well as looking out for any safety hazards.  We offer tune-ups for the heating and cooling seasons to extend the life of the system and to save the most on energy bills for the resident.

    During this visit your service advisor tightened all electrical connections, verified all high voltage levels, verified all control voltage levels, tested all motors and compressor ( if applicable)  to ensure amp draws are within proper range, and inspected all safeties for proper operation. We verified all start assists were within factory recommended range, inspected ductwork, and verified input and output levels on gas valve. We verified temperature difference across evaporator coil or heat exchanger, and visually inspected burners, and heat exchanger. We verified proper operation of auxiliary heat strips (if applicable). We inspected all fan wheels and blades for debris, cracks, balance, vacuumed out burner and blower compartment, and verified thermostat operation. We changed air filters if covered by the agreement, and cleaned up around equipment after the precision tune up was completed. We will also be checking all gas appliances to ensure that there are no carbon monoxide dangers at this time. We will check fire extinguishers, dryer vents, and test the batteries in all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Your Service Advisor may have listed repair or system enhancement options for future reference that could potentially enhance your comfort, health & safety, extend the life of the equipment or help prevent excessively high utility bills.”
