Coworker vs. Employee

Did you know that today, March 5th, is National Employee Appreciation Day? Well, at GSM Services, we do things a little differently. When you make the decision to become part of the GSM Services team, you are not labeled as an employee. You are not an employee, you are a coworker.

Google may refer to an employee as, "someone who works for a particular organization," and a coworker may be defined as, "two or more people who work together as a combined team." During our interview process we make it particularly clear that once you join the crew, you are to be treated like a GSM Services family member, a part of the team. We are not just working in individual positions. Instead, our positions directly affect those working around us. One integrated team makes the GSM Services dream a reality.

As stated in the GSM Services Core Values, we strive to, "Provide an environment where our coworkers can succeed." Our coworkers are a top priority, and we want to make sure that their work enviroment is one where they can grow and succeed in their careers and daily lives.
