Repair or replace your heating and air conditioning system - Image 1

1. Schedule a whole home energy audit.  Our GSM Comfort Advisors can come in and take a look at your whole home.  We will take a look at your whole home and evaluate where energy loss is occuring and ways we can help. We typically see atleast 20% or greater decrease in power bills. Sometimes your heating and air conditioning system works fine - but you could be losing your air that you are paying for our cracks and creavises in your home.  We will perform an evaluation of your crawl space all the way up to your attic to check for air leaks, proper insulation levels, and other areas of improvement.

2. Regular Maintenance - Having regular maintenace performed on your heating and air conditioning system can extend the life of unit.  Typically having a spring and fall tune up can have your home ready before the temperates drastically change.  Ensure your system is at its peak when you need it.

3. Ask yourself, what is the age of your system?  If your system is 10-15 years of age, that is the typical life of an heating and air conditioning system. If your system is getting some age on it, it may be better to have service techician or comfort advisor evaluate if a new system is an option.

4. Financially.  Homeowners don't want to drop money on a new system, or repairs if the system is in need of major repairs.  This is something that we will give you options with to see what is most cost effective to the home owner.  We also can provide payment options, financing and other discounts, rebates, and incentives that are available.
